The single-stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump is a highly efficient and energy-saving product designed by our company strictly in accordance with the * ji standard IS02858 and * * standards. The flow range is 1.5-1200m3/h, and the range of collapse range is 8-150m, divided into basic type and expansion type. A. More than 250 specifications including B and C cutting types. 1. The pump has a compact structure, small volume, and beautiful appearance. Its structural center of gravity is relatively low and heavy on the center of the pump foot, which enhances the operational stability and lifespan of the pump. The concentricity of the pump shaft and excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation without vibration.

2. Easy installation. The inlet and outlet diameters are the same and on the same centerline, and can be directly installed in any part of the pipeline like a valve. The motor with a rain cover can be placed outdoors for use. The pump is equipped with mounting feet to ensure stable installation of the pump. The outlet can be arranged in three directions: left, right, and upward, which is convenient for pipeline layout and installation, saving space

3. Smooth operation, low noise, and high component concentricity. The motor adopts low-noise bearings and is equipped with a non-stop refueling device. The pump impeller has good dynamic and static balance, operates without vibration, and improves the usage environment.

4. No leakage. The bearing adopts a corrosion-resistant hard table metal mechanical seal, which solves the problem of serious leakage of the centrifugal pump packing seal, prolongs its service life, and ensures the cleanliness and tidiness of the operating site. Hard alloy seals made of different materials ensure no leakage during the transportation of different media.

5. Convenient maintenance. No need to disassemble the pipeline, just remove the pump cover nut and take out the motor and transmission components for maintenance.

6. According to the on-site usage conditions, the pump can be installed vertically, horizontally, and in multiple ways. Based on the flow head, parallel and series methods can be used to increase the required flow head.

Application field:

1. A single-stage single suction centrifugal pump is used for conveying clear water and other liquids with physical properties similar to clean water. Use medium temperature below 80 ℃. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler fire pressurization, long-distance water supply, heating bathroom cold water circulation H pressurization and equipment matching, etc.

2. The hot water pump is suitable for residential heating, hot water pressurization, circulation, and transportation production processes in civil and enterprise units with heating systems, such as power plants, thermal power plants, waste heat utilization, metallurgy, chemical, textile and wood processing, papermaking, and other industrial copper furnaces with high temperature hot water. The operating temperature is below 100 ℃.

3. Chemical pumps transport liquids that do not contain solid particles and have a corrosive viscosity similar to water. Suitable for sectors such as light textile, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power papermaking, food and pharmaceutical, and synthetic fibers, with a usage temperature of -20 ℃ -120 ℃.

4. Explosion proof oil pump is suitable for transporting non corrosive, flammable and explosive liquids in industries such as petroleum, light textile, chemical, and machinery. The temperature of the medium being transported is -200 ℃ -1200 ℃.

5. Explosion proof chemical pumps transport non solid liquids that are corrosive, have a viscosity similar to water, and are flammable and explosive. Suitable for sectors such as light textile, petroleum, chemical metallurgy, mining pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with a usage temperature of -20 ℃ -120 ℃.

Working conditions:

1. The working pressure of the pump system is less than or equal to 1.6Mpa, that is, the pump suction pressure+pump head is less than or equal to 1.6Mpa. Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. When the import pressure is greater than 0.4M pa, or the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be separately proposed during ordering, so that during manufacturing, the overflow and connecting parts of the pump are made of cast steel material.

2. Applicable medium: The medium of the clean water pump should be non corrosive liquid, solid insoluble, with a volume not exceeding 0.1% of the unit volume and a particle size less than 0.2mm. If the medium contains small particles, please specify it when placing an order.

3. The ambient temperature should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity should not exceed 95%.
